I Can't Complete A Purchase Through Paypal
Browsers which have a 'High' privacy setting will block most cookies. Web browsers need to be set to 'Default ' to allow Paypal to drop a cookie on your PC to for you to complete a transaction.
The cookie is a text file where your Shopping Cart list resides so if you leave the site or turn off your computer, your shopping list will still be their when you return. After purchasing or paying for goods, your privacy settings can be reset to 'High', should you wish.

How Do I Change My Privacy Settings?
> For Internet Explorer (v6 &v7) - Click 'Tools' > 'Internet Options' > 'Privacy'. Change your settings to 'Default'. This will change your settings to 'Medium'. If 'Default' does not appear, change the settings to 'Medium' yourself.
> For Firefox (v2.0) - Click 'Tools' > 'Options' > 'Privacy'. Then check the 'Accept cookies from sites' box.

Each Time I Add an Item, Im taken to the Shopping Cart
This is normal. It's simply so you can review the number of items you would like to purchase. If you would like to purchase more than one of a particular item, type in the number you require in the 'Quantity' field and then click 'Update Cart'. You can then either 'Proceed to Checkout' or 'Continue Shopping'.
There Are Already Items in My Shopping Cart
This means that someone using your computer has accessed this site previously and added items to their shopping cart. To clear the basket, set each item to '0', click 'Update Cart' then click 'Continue Shopping'. This will return you to the site with an empty shopping cart.
